The main phone number for DNS Texas is for general technical support, placing orders, checking pricing & availability, checking status of orders or reporting issues with services, web and e-mail/spam issues. Those in the Dallas/Fort Worth area can call at no charge from most phones. Outside Dallas/Fort Worth can also call our main number or leave voicemail on the 800 number for a callback.

The fax number is available 24 hours a day for sending requested information to DNS Texas. This line can also be used to send purchase orders, RMA orders and any vendor specific advertisements and price list updates. Although e-mail is the preferred method for most communications, this option is available as an alternate. This line is *NOT* to used for junk/bulk or SPAM advertisements.

The 24 hour emergency line is available for customers who are active members of the DNS Texas 24/7 support plans and for customers who host web/e-mail services with DNS Texas. This line should only be used in emergencies or where other 'high priority' issues that are affecting business are occuring.
